Sheryl Lee Ralph’s Headline-Making 2026 Actor Awards Gown Was Styled by a Certain Family Member
Sheryl Lee Ralph’s 2026 Actor Awards appearance has a sweet family tie to it! In case you missed it, she revealed her daughter styled her for the event.
For the 2026 Actor Awards, Ralph arrived in an ornate, black, baby blue, and white gown from Saiid Kobeisy’s Spring-Summer 2026 Couture collection. She paired the look with a white feathered boa and De Beers jewelry. See the photos below:
Not only is she one of the best dressed of the night, but like we said, her own daughter styled her look! Now, her daughter Ivy has been styling her mother since around 2022 or 2023 but then it turned into an professional partnership starting in early 2023; and she is truly amazing at what she does!

For those who don’t know, Ralph has been married to Pennsylvania State Senator Vincent Hughes since 2005, but before her marriage, she was married to Eric Maurice from 1990 to 2001. During her first marriage, she welcomed two kids named Etienne, born on Oct 4, 1992, and Ivy-Victoria, born on Dec 27, 1995.
In a previous interview with SheKnows, Ralph talked about her two kids, saying, “They make me very proud in life…I cannot tell parents enough: you are the most important thing in your children’s lives. It is up to you to be your best self through the good times and especially through the bad times because they are watching you. They are listening to you. Your children deserve better from us through our frustrations and everything.”
