PSA: Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching! We are just a little over two weeks out from one of the most lovable holidays of the year. And considering how this winter has gone so far, there’s a chance that the week of February 14th will be very frigid and brutal outside. But that won’t stop us from the absolute cutest V-Day outfits.
