Lily Allen & David Harbour’s Eccentric Family Home Just Got a Major Update Amid Their Dramatic Divorce

Lily Allen and David Harbour’s split was definitely one of the messiest of 2025, and now, in 2026, it seems they’re making strides to cut ties forever; including selling their family home.

The pair famously lived in a colorful, Alice in Wonderland-like home in New York, where they raised Allen’s two daughters. But now, months after the split, it seems they can say goodbye to the eccentric home. While the pair bought it for $7 million, despite initially being listed for $8 million, it seems they’re selling it for a profit. Allen listed it for $7.99 million on Oct. 26, and per Realtor, it has a buyer.

Located in Brooklyn’s leafy Carroll Gardens enclave, represented by Carl Gambino of Compass, the two created a colorful home in the 19th-century Italianate brownstone with the help of architect Ben Bischoff and designer Billy Cotton. And now, the pair can start ending divorce proceedings once this family home of theirs has a new owner.

For those who don’t know, Allen and the Stranger Things alum started dating in 2019, and married a year later, in 2020 in a Las Vegas elopement that was famously officiated by an Elvis impersonator. He became the stepdad to her two daughters: Ethel Mary, born in Nov 2011, and Marnie Rose born in Jan 2013.

Then, in 2025, the pair called it quits after a few years of marriage, with insiders saying to People: “Her marriage has been crumbling and they have split….[It’s been] very hard for her and her girls.” In her 2025 album, West End Girl, Allen sang about the downfall of her marriage to Harbour, hinting that the actor broke the rules of their “open” relationship. And in “Madeline,” she said the main rule was that “It had to be with strangers.” But allegedly, he took it too far and knew the people he was having relationships with.
