Angelina Jolie Is Reportedly Moving Out of the US — but Will Her Children Go With Her?
Talks of Angelina Jolie leaving the US have been running rampant since the start of 2026, especially since this is the year her two youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, will be turning 18. As many know, she’s put her historic $25 million Cecil B. DeMille estate on the market, and it seems she won’t be saying goodbye to the US entirely.
Per Page Six, she will be splitting her time three ways. She’s saying goodbye to LA, but she’s allegedly going to spend time in New York for her fashion collective and boutique, Atelier Jolie, as well as in Europe “for more privacy,” and in her second home, Cambodia.
Now, Jolie shares six children with her ex-husband Brad Pitt named Maddox Jolie, born in Aug 2001, Pax Jolie, born in Nov 2003, Zahara Jolie, born in Jan 2005, Shiloh, born in May 2006, and twins Knox and Vivienne Jolie, born on July 2008. But where are they all located, and will they go with her?
Per the New York Times, her eldest son, Maddox, moved into her old NYC apartment, which has become a “crash pad” for all six kids when they visit NYC. Chances are, they’ll all stay in NYC, but what about Europe and Cambodia?
Pax keeps a quiet life, but he’s worked alongside his mom in a bunch of film projects, so he probably won’t be too far. Shiloh is ensconced in the LA dance community, but with the “crash pad,” she’ll probably visit NYC, too (and has traveled with Angelina to Cambodia before)!
Zahara is based in Atlanta for for collegiate career at Spelman College. It’s unclear what her twins will do, but with NYC, Europe, and Cambodia, they have so many options to go to (and to stay close to mom)!
It’s all very up in the air, but Angelina confirmed it’s happening back in 2024. “I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they’re 18, I’ll be able to leave,” she said to The Hollywood Reporter.
