These Were The Pioneer Woman's Top 3 Most Popular Recipes of 2025
Sometimes you come across a recipe from your favorite celebrity chef or food influencer that is so delicious you can’t help but make it once a week (or even more often than that!). Ree Drummond and her Pioneer Woman team compiled her top 10 recipes of 2025 that fans kept coming back to over and over again, and the top three dishes might just be your new favorite comfort meals to carry you through the rest of the winter. Check out the entire Top 10 list here and continue reading to see which recipes earned the top three spots.
Chicken Spaghetti
It’s a casserole, it’s creamy, and it’s an easy dinner that you can throw together on even the busiest weeknights. All you need to do is combine cooked chicken (leftover chicken or a store-bought rotisserie works great for this recipe), cooked spaghetti noodles (they should be al dente, otherwise they may end up too mushy in the casserole), canned mushroom soup, grated cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced green pepper, and diced pimentos in a bowl. Then add chicken broth, salt, pepper, and cayenne, and transfer everything to a casserole dish, topping it with more grated cheddar. Allow the casserole to bake, and you’ll be ready to eat in just about 45 minutes.
Roasted Asparagus
Drummond’s Roasted Asparagus recipe is an amazing side that goes with pretty much any meal, from steak and fish to chicken and ham. And the best part is that it only takes about five minutes and four ingredients to prepare it. Wash your asparagus and chop off about the bottom inch before spreading the stalks out on a sheet pan and patting them dry with a paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper before roasting the asparagus for about 10 minutes. And that’s it! It’s so easy you can have this side dish every night of the week.
Perfect Pot Roast
There might not be anything more comforting on a cold winter’s night than a pot roast dinner, and Drummond’s Perfect Pot Roast will turn out, well, perfect every time you make it! First things first — season your chuck roast with salt and pepper while you preheat your Dutch oven to about 275 degrees. Add a bit of olive oil and add in chopped onions first, allowing them to brown a bit before removing them, and then chopped carrots. Place the meat into the pan to sear it for about a minute on all sides, and remove it when nicely browned. Next, add in your red wine to deglaze the pan, then add everything back into the Dutch oven and add enough beef stock to cover the meat halfway. Season with rosemary, thyme, and tomato paste before covering the pan and roasting it for about three hours. You’ll be left with the most tender pot roast you’ll ever eat!
These recipes were favorites for a reason! Try them all out in the New Year, and you might find yourself adding these to your weekly go-to meal arsenal like so many other Pioneer Woman fans have.
