The fact that Leeds and Hull are rubbish is probably more to do with it being an unappealing fixture rather than the IMG grading.
Fans love to complain about loop fixtures, fixture scheduling, and league structure, but none of this would matter if the quality on the field wasn't so slow and turgid most of the time.
