Democrats cheered Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker on the second night of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago as he went after Donald Trump over his wealth.
Speaking to supporters on Tuesday, Pritzker boasted of his own wealth — $3.5 billion, according to Forbes — as he swung at the MAGA leader.
"Donald Trump thinks that we should trust him on the economy because he claims to be very rich. But take it from an actual billionaire," he said, to applause. "Trump is rich in only one thing: stupidity!"

Pritzker also goaded the former president, saying that while Illinois eliminated the grocery tax, Trump hasn't been in a "grocery store since his first bankruptcy."
The dig caught the attention of Democratic strategist David Axelrod, who complimented the jab.
