Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones believes there is a "95% chance" that Democrats will distract from Donald Trump's next expected indictment with a meteorite, truck bomb, or other "false flag" disaster.
Jones made the remarks to Roger Stone just hours after Trump announced he had been notified that he was a target of special counsel Jack Smith's investigation into Jan. 6 and the aftermath of the 2020 election.
"They've got to have some plan," Jones said. "I think it's false flag terror. I think they blow up buildings after they indict Trump and say a Trump supporter blows up federal buildings or something like that, schools, you name it, for Trump."
Stone encouraged Trump supporters not to engage in violent acts.
"But Roger, obviously, I know you got to get it on record, we're saying be peaceful," Jones replied. "So what do we do when an NGO detonates a truck bomb and blames it on us, and they're going to say you and I actually ran the attack?"
"Because you know it's coming," he continued. "I'd say 95% chance, truck bombs, mass shootings, blamed on Trump, blamed on you, blamed on me. I would say right after he's indicted."
"This is why it's so vitally important that we have alternative media in this country," Stone agreed.
"That's why you agree that minus them doing a false flag, these attacks on populism and who we want and our president won't work," Jones said. "I'm just saying, how else are they going to do this when it's destroying them and get away with it?"
"I don't see how else, another war, a power outage, a meteorite, how do they change the subject from the persecution of who we want and who our president is?" he added.
