EAST HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) – New York state Assemblyman Eddie Gibbs was arrested during a traffic stop in Manhattan on Thursday, according to the NYPD.
The East Harlem Democrat was taken into custody in front of 1844 Lexington Ave. around 1:30 p.m., police said.
He was later released from custody with a summons. It's not confirmed what charges Gibbs is facing.
