Delfina Galvez, 26, turned herself in – to face charges of reckless endangerment, acting in a manner injurious to a child and abandonment of a child – for allegedly stuffing her tiny daughter inside a tote bag and dumping her on the rain-drenched sidewalk outside a Morrisania building early Sunday, cops said.
