GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Balloonary, a women-owned gift and party supply store, is set to become a pop-up store in Stuyvesant Plaza. The store will be located between Lola Saratoga and Warby Parker through Dec. 31.
"We look forward to welcoming a locally and woman-owned business, The Balloonary, to Stuyvesant Plaza this fall through the holiday season," Stuyvesant Plaza General Manager Rachel Ferluge said. "Nina and Stephanie have created a unique brand focused on balloon décor for celebrations and gifts of all shapes and sizes. Their concept store will be incredibly well received by Plaza shoppers in search of the perfect gifts for family and friends."
The store is co-owned by Nina Young and Stephanie Turcotte, whose first store opened in Albany in 2022. This pop-up shop in the Plaza will feature a variety of stationary supplies, holiday gear, hosting gifts like glassware and pantry items, balloon decor and a gift-wrapping area.
"We are thrilled to celebrate the holiday season at Stuyvesant Plaza," Young said. "To
be counted among the Plaza’s unique mix of eateries and retailers during the busiest shopping season of the year is such an exciting prospect. We can’t wait to share what we have in store."
