PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- A Pittsfield man is in critical condition after being stabbed on Tuesday. Police said the stabbing took place around 10:15 p.m. in the area of Kent Avenue.
Police said the 30-year old received at least one stab wound and was taken to Berkshire Medical Center for treatment. Police said his injury was life-threatening, and he is listed in critical condition.
Police do not believe the attack was random. A home on Kent Avenue was searched Wednesday morning, and a person of interest has been identified.
