ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- It may be Taco Tuesday, but October 1 is also National Taco Day! Thanks to Taco Bell, National Taco Day permanently moved from October 4 to the first Tuesday in October each year.
To celebrate the day, restaurants around the Albany area are offering taco specials, which may also coincide with their Taco Tuesday specials. Here's where you can score a taco deal in the Capital Region.
Taco Bell is offering Rewards Members $1 tacos for 10 hours on National Taco Day with 10,000 tacos being available each hour from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. Members can get one taco per hour for up to 10 tacos that day.
Bubbakoo's Burritos is offering two tacos with a side of chips and salsa for $5 on National Taco Day. The restaurant chain has one local location at 26 North Greenbush Road in North Greenbush.
Margarita City is offering all-you-can-eat tacos on National Taco Day for $25 a person. The restaurant is located at 1118 Central Avenue in Colonie.
Las Margaritas is offering $1.99 crispy ground beef and shredded chicken tacos all day, and any taco on the menu is $3. The restaurant will also be donating 10% from the sale of tacos that day to the Breast Cancer Foundation. Las Margaritas is located at 1365 New Scotland Road in Slingerlands.
La Fiesta offers $3 tacos on Taco Tuesday. The restaurant is located at 15 Park Avenue in Clifton Park.

Cantina is offering $3 tacos for Taco Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. The restaurant is located at 408 Broadway in Saratoga Springs.
