MALTA, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office arrested a Ballston Spa man on Sunday, Sept. 1, for first-degree criminal contempt and third-degree criminal mischief. Deputies said Ford Fafard, 24, is accused of damaging over $250 of another person's property.
Deputies responded to Paisley Road in Milton around 9:58 a.m. for an active domestic incident. During their investigation, deputies found the property Farfard was accused of damaging.
According to deputies, Farfard also violated an order of protection. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and remains in Saratoga County Jail pending further action.
