ALBANY, N.Y. (WTEN) - A new study from Bonafide Health finds that women are more comfortable talking about menopause than ever before, but many remain confused about what to expect and how to manage symptoms.
In fact, 7 out of 10 women surveyed still didn't know the technical definition of menopause however this statistic is improving with time.
Over 70% of women learn about menopause from online and in-person communities. This shows women aren’t waiting until they see their doctor to start talking about it.
