COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One man is dead after a reported stabbing in east Columbus Thursday afternoon.
Columbus police said that at approximately 12:11 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of South Napoleon Avenue for a stabbing.
When officers arrived, they found the man who had been either cut or stabbed. The victim was taken to Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in critical condition but was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.
Police are withholding the victim's identity pending notification of his next of kin.
