High pressure building down from the northwest will bring us a nice holiday weekend. Temperatures will be seasonably warm, in the 80s, with more comfortable nights.
The weather will warm up early in the week, with a southerly flow of humid air, and temperatures will climb into the low 90s Monday.
The next chance for a few storms comes Tuesday ahead of a cold front and low pressure in the Upper Midwest. Readings will drop back into the upper 80s.
The front will slow down or stall near the Ohio River midweek, resulting in scattered showers on Wednesday and humid conditions, but with cooler conditions.
Warm and sticky weather will prevail for the remainder of the week with partly to mostly sunny skies.
