Full list of Boxing Day 2024 swims across the UK

As many begin to nurse their Christmas Day hangovers early tomorrow with paracetamol and ice packs, others opt for a more natural cure – outdoor swims.

Not sure where to start? Metro has compiled a list of dozens of cold water swims this Boxing Day from Northern Ireland to Wales with the help of the Outdoor Swimming Society.

The health benefits of braving icy waters are numerous, including an increase in dopamine levels by 250%.

It can also help speed up muscle recovery and reduce damage, as well as boost circulation and help tighten skin.
