The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and the United States African Development Foundation (USADF), today, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to uplift the lives of citizens, especially those in vulnerable and underserved communities.
Speaking at the ceremony, Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment Hon. Akinyemi Ajigbotafe emphasised that the event aims to forge a powerful partnership symbolising collective commitment to uplifting the lives of the citizens.
Ajigbotafe underscored the remarkable achievements in previous collaborations, including engagement with 41 Government-approved training institutions and the training of over 105,000 beneficiaries across various sectors and trades.
The Commissioner reaffirmed the Ministry’s unwavering commitment to job creation, economic empowerment, and providing hope for countless individuals aspiring to build better futures for themselves and their families.
He urged all stakeholders to remain steadfast in the mission of inspiring, empowering, and creating a Lagos where opportunity knows no bounds, expressing deepest gratitude to USADF for their unwavering support and commitment to the vision of a #Greater Lagos for all.
