TOPEKA (KSNT) - The fifth annual Oktoberfest is coming back to the Topeka Vendor's Market this fall.
This celebration of German culture will happen from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Topeka Vendor's Market just east of the downtown area. Attendees can expect to find German style food and beer along with contests, wiener dog races, live entertainment and games.
"Whether you're a beer enthusiast, a food lover, or simply looking for a great time, the Topeka Oktoberfest has something for everyone."

The event is free for all to attend with free parking provided in a lot near the vendor's market. Another event put together by the Topeka Vendor's Market, the Kansas Chocolate Festival, is also coming up on Nov. 2 at West Ridge Mall.
