Bobby Bones Seemingly Calls Out Chase Stokes for Deleted Comment About Kelsea Ballerini's Ex-Husband

Bobby Bones is reacting to a comment on one of his posts from Chase Stokes.

The 45-year-old radio personality recently interviewed country singer Morgan Evans, the ex-husband of the actor’s ex-girlfriend Kelsea Ballerini, and posted clips on his Instagram.

However, Chase apparently deleted the comment, but not before Bobby had a screenshot and made a video where he seems to call him out over what he said.

“This is about the most pathetic excuse of masculinity ive ever seen. Get a f-cking life,” Chase‘s since-deleted comment read.

“If you’re gonna come that hard, maybe don’t take it down,” Bobby says in a video response. “Also, I have nothing bad to say about this person, I don’t know him. I’m sure he’s probably a good guy. Mostly, like, in my heart, I just wonder why certain people can talk about things and other people can’t.”

Bobby went on to talk about how he had Morgan on his The Bobbycast podcast, where they talked about his new album, which has one song about going through their divorce. The host noted that this was the only time Morgan has and will talk about that time of his life.

He then went on to address Chase‘s comment and analyzed it based on having a PhD and studying projection.

“The only people that I know that project onto people going, ‘You’re not this, you’re way less masculine,’ are people who are maybe insecure in their own masculinity,” he says. “Now that is a thought, because I project all the time. I am the most insecure person in the whole world. I go to therapy a lot.”

“I just wonder about this. Here’s a guy one time talking about his version of things in a very kind way. It could have not been kind, but he didn’t choose to do that and it’s part of an art project,” Bobby continued, defending Morgan. “But there was nothing, this masculinity thing there. I just felt was weird. And why would you challenge someone’s masculinity? By the way, Morgan Evans is like 6’2″ and freaking strapped. That’s all.”

Back in 2023, Kelsea got honest about her divorce from Morgan in an interview.

Earlier that year, Morgan also released a docuseries sharing his side of things.

Kelsea and Morgan announced their split in August 2022 after five years of marriage, and a few months later, their divorce was finalized.
