The 43-year-old children’s educator, best known for her toddler learning videos on YouTube, stepped out at the 4th Annual Children’s & Family Emmy Awards ceremony on Monday night (March 2) in New York City.
Rachel was nominated for Outstanding Preschool, Children’s or Family Viewing Series and Outstanding Writing for a Preschool or Children’s Series.
Rachel wore a dress embroidered with words from children in Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo — messages that reflect their hopes, dreams, and lived experiences.
If you didn’t know, Rachel is very outspoken about her support for “Free Palestine, Free Sudan, Free Congo, Free Iran.”
On the red carpet, Rachel was joined by her husband Aron Accurso. The couple welcomed their second child into the world last year.
