Joe Locke Wins Emmy for 'Heartstopper' Season 3, Joining Kit Connor as a Winner!
Joe Locke is officially an Emmy winner!
The 22-year-old actor won an award at the 4th Annual Children’s & Family Emmy Awards ceremony, which took place on Monday night (March 2) in New York City.
Joe was not in attendance at the ceremony, but he won the award for Outstanding Lead Performer in a Preschool, Children’s or Young Teen Program for his work in the third season of Netflix’s Heartstopper.
Joe now joins his co-star Kit Connor as a fellow Emmy winner after he won the same award for the show’s first season!

Also nominated in the category this year were Kit, as well as Malory Towers‘ Danya Griver, Time Bandits‘ Lisa Kudrow, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew‘s Jude Law, Goosebumps: The Vanishing‘s David Schwimmer, and The Primrose Railway Children‘s Nina Toussaint-White.
Heartstopper also won Outstanding Writing for a Young Teen Program for the “Journey” episode.
