'Tell Me Lies' Star Spencer House Confirms He's Been Dating Co-Star Sonia Mena for Over 3 Years

There have been reports that Tell Me Lies co-stars Spencer House and Sonia Mena have been dating, and Spencer just confirmed the reports!

If you don’t know, they starred as Wrigley and Pippa on the show, which just wrapped up after a three-season run on Hulu. Wrigley and Pippa actually date for a majority of the series, but both end up with different people at the end.

Now, in an interview, Spencer was asked about their romance and revealed they have been dating for over 3 years.

He told THR, “We were never hiding it, but we were like, [we will only share if] someone specifically asks. We’ve been together for over three years, about when the show started. We’re pretty private people, so we were like, ‘If someone specifically asks about it, then we’re not going to lie, but also, who’s going to ask about it?’ It took about three years for someone to ask about it. It was never something we were hiding.”

There are other couples on the set of Tell Me Lies, including Lucy and Stephen actors Grace Van Patten and Jackson White, as well as Evan and Molly stars Branden Cook and Katherine Hughes.

When asked about that, Spencer said, “I know! It went very well. It’s a show full of horrible behavior, but no one’s like that in real life.”

He added that his relationship with Sonia did not impact their working together, saying, “You know, it doesn’t really affect the scene work. We naturally have a chemistry, so that helps with scenes. But it’s all very professional. When we’re done doing an emotional scene or a happy scene together, we still walk over to our cast chairs and talk about what we’re going to eat for dinner that night. It’s very normal.”
