Andy Cohen Explains Why He Turned Down Tickets to Super Bowl 2026
Andy Cohen will be watching the 2026 Super Bowl from home this year.
On Wednesday (February 4), the 57-year-old Watch What Happens Live host appeared on TODAY to chat about his new Nerds commercial that will be airing during the big game this weekend.
During his appearance on the morning talk show, Andy revealed that he was offered tickets to attend the Super Bowl, but he turned them down.
Keep reading to find out more…Andy explained that he turned down the tickets so that he could watch the game at home in New York City with his 7-year-old son Benjamin.
“I did. You know why? I promised him that I would have a Super Bowl party to play the commercial at my house,” Andy shared.

Along with Benjamin, Andy is also dad to 3-year-old daughter Lucy.
As for when his commercial is going to air, Andy said it will be during the second quarter of the game.
The New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks will be facing off in the 2026 Super Bowl, taking place on Sunday, February 8 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
