Meghann Fahy Says Boyfriend Leo Woodall Didn't Realize She Was Interested in Him At First

Meghann Fahy is still going strong with boyfriend Leo Woodall and she’s opening up about how they first met!

The former White Lotus co-stars met in Italy on the set of the HBO series, but Leo didn’t realize that Meghann was interested in him at first.

Meghann opened up about their relationship during an interview on Penn Badgley‘s Podcrushed podcast.

“Leo‘s character doesn’t come in until episode 3, I think. So, I was there before him for a bit. And when he got there, I met, I saw him in like the little area where we would have lunch and I gave him my number, because I was like, ‘Well, you know, you’re new here.’ I totally know how it is to show up late to something. It sucks,” Meghann said.

Meghann said that showing up after a cast has bonded can feeling like showing up to camp late.

“So I genuinely was just wanting to reach out as a friend and say like, you know, I don’t want you to be lonely or feel like you don’t fit in. I didn’t even say that to him, but that was the intention and he never did anything with it,” Meghann said.

She added, “And of course, like months later, I was like, ‘I gave you…’ He was like, ‘I didn’t know that you were interested in me.’ And I was like, ‘I gave you my number! Like, how did you not know that?!’ And he was like, ‘I didn’t think you meant that. I didn’t think you actually were giving me your number because you wanted to be friends with me.’”

Well, fast forward to now, and they’ve been dating for several years!

“The truth is, it was just a very easy connection and we very quickly became really, really good buddies,” she added.

The couple made a rare appearance together back in October.
