Don Lemon‘s charges have been made public.
The 59-year-old journalist was arrested following his coverage of a protest at a church in Minneapolis, Michigan. Don and his producer were reporting on a protest at St. Paul Church on January 18, where it was believed one of the pastors was an ICE official.
Federal judges reportedly refused to sign off on arrest warrants, but federal law enforcement officials and President Donald Trump hurled insults and legal threats against him afterward.

Don is charged with federal civil rights crimes in connection to the anti-ICE protest that disrupted a service at a Minnesota church, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said, via AP.
He is charged with conspiracy and interfering with the First Amendment rights of worshipers at the Cities Church in St. Paul, where an ICE official serves as a pastor.
Another journalist and two protestors were also arrested in Minnesota.
Don has said he has no affiliation to the organization that protested, and was acting as an independent journalist covering the protest.
