The singer is also no stranger to School Spirits, as in season one, Lizzy‘s song “doomsday” was featured in the finale, and her song “The Elevator” was featured in season two.
“I think Milo [Manheim] at one point was just like, ‘Oh my God, you should be on season three,’” she told Teen Vogue. “And I was like, ‘If you really want to make that happen, you can try to make that happen. I would be down, but it seems a little far-fetched to me.’”
“I think he just talked to the writers, the creators, and they were down with the idea, and then they wrote a scene for me,” she added.
In the episode, Lizzy even pulls out her guitar and sings, though her live vocals aren’t featured in the ep.
“I did have to lip-sync to myself, which is basically like a music video. But in the scene, I was so nervous,” she shared.
Lizzy is no stranger to acting, having made her Broadway debut in Floyd Collins last year, and even performed with the cast at the 2025 Tonys!
She dished, “[School Spirits] was just a new experience. I kind of just say yes to things so that I can push myself out of my comfort zone. That’s something I love to do, even if it’s terrifying.”
The first three episodes of School Spirits are now streaming on Paramount+, with new episodes dropping weekly. Watch the trailer here!
