'Home Alone' Star Daniel Stern Issued Citation in California Over Alleged Prostitution Solicitation
Daniel Stern, best known for playing Marv in the Home Alone franchise, was cited by police in Southern California last month following an alleged solicitation incident.
According to TMZ, Ventura County law enforcement issued the 67-year-old actor a citation for allegedly soliciting prostitution on December 10. Police say the incident took place at a hotel in Camarillo, Calif.

Daniel was not taken into custody or booked, and no mug shot was released. Authorities confirmed he was cited and released at the scene.
This isn’t the first time the actor’s name has surfaced in Ventura County recently. Back in October, emergency responders were called to a residence in Somis for a reported medical emergency, and Daniel was transported to a hospital at the time.
