Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban Divorce Finalized, Settlement Details Revealed
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban‘s divorce has been finalized.
If you didn’t know, it was announced on September 29, 2025 that the 58-year-old Oscar-winning actress and the 58-year-old Grammy-winning singer had separated after 19 years of marriage. The following day, she filed divorce.
New court documents have revealed that Nicole and Keith finalized their divorce in a Nashville court on Tuesday (January 6).

Nicole has been granted primary custody of their two daughters – Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15 – and they will stay with her for 306 days of the year. Meanwhile, Keith has been allotted to spend “every other weekend” with them.
They also agreed that neither would pay child support, citing reported monthly incomes exceeding $100,000 each.
Also per the court documents, Nicole and Keith agreed that all property – — including investments, bank accounts, household furniture, appliances, vehicles and personal items — will be divided by mutual agreement, with each retaining what is currently in their possession.
Additionally, they are responsible for their own legal fees and expenses.
Following the split news, it was speculated that Keith was dating this fellow country music singer.
