Francois Arnaud Teases Big Moment In 'Heated Rivarly' Season 1 Finale, Addresses Season 2 Or Scott Spinoff
Francois Arnaud is dishing on what’s coming up on Heated Rivalry!
The 40-year-old actor stars as Scott Hunter in the Crave series, based on the Rachel Reid book, and teased the upcoming season finale, which features “a big moment.”
For those who have read the books, you likely already know what’s coming, but for many who are just tuning into the TV show adaptation, it’s going to be quite a surprise.

“There’s a big moment, the emotional climax of the season involving all the characters that we’ve gotten to know,” he shared with Variety‘s Marc Malkin. “I hadn’t seen anything, and Jacob [Tierney] had told me it was good, but then I went to do some ADR for a few lines. Jacob was like, ‘I’m going to show you the whole sequence.’
“I watched it, and I started crying. Jacob came into the room, and he was crying. Then we just held each other. It’s really powerful,” Francois added.
The actor also spoke to the possibility of a second season and/or a spinoff about his character. If you didn’t know, the first book in the series is actually focused on Scott Hunter!
“It’s a massive hit — I can’t imagine not,” he said about a second season. “I just don’t know how involved I would be.”
As for a Scott spinoff? “I’ve heard talks about that,” he said with a smile.
