There’s a rumor circulating that Kate Beckinsale and comedian Matt Rife were seen kissing at Netflix’s 2025 Golden Globes after party on Sunday night (January 5) at Spago in Beverly Hills, Calif.
Now, her rep is shooting down this rumor.

“It is incorrect that they were kissing,” her rep told People. “They are friendly exes who were having a fun time speaking.”
If you forgot, the 29-year-old funny man and the 51-year-old actress dated back in 2017, before it “fizzled out,” but were seen together again in 2018.
In 2023, he publicly apologized to Kate after he made an unkind remark with regard to her status with Pete Davidson.
