Tyler Bergantino and Gabby Gonzalez have split.
The fan-favorite TikTok stars went viral on the social media app after sharing a video together in June 2024, with many commenting on how they should start dating. They did in fact start dating and they documented their relationship on TikTok for the next seven months, but unfortunately announced their breakup on January 2, 2025.
Tyler and Gabby both posted videos to their personal pages to explain the split.

“Gabby and I broke up, we had a lot of different beliefs,” Tyler said in his video. “The distance — not only physically but where we were at in our life — I think just ended up being too much, [and] that’s okay.”
He added, “You’ve cared for us and supported us. I know you all wanted us to work out, and so did I. This isn’t going to be one of those toxic social media breakups. We’re not picking sides. I wish her nothing but the best. I wish her happiness. I hope she finds everything that she’s looking for.”
“Just because it didn’t work out with her and I, doesn’t mean those random encounters that lead to a spark and lead to love don’t exist,” he said.
Gabby said in her video, “I need to make this video before I can close out this chapter of my life because we did choose to make our relationship extremely public. I wish him nothing but the best. He’s just not my person and I am not his.”
