Kailyn Lowry has undergone breast reduction surgery.
The 32-year-old Teen Mom 2 alum revealed that she had the procedure done on her Instagram Story earlier in the week.
The reality TV star shared a post-op selfie wearing a supportive bra and holding up a peace sign.
“Out of surgery; lots of videos to come,” she captioned a photo of herself lying in bed.

“4 days post op … Do you want to breast reduction videos?” she captioned another photo, along with a yes or no poll.
Earlier in the year, Kailyn said she was too overweight for breast augmentation.
“I want to get a boob job, right? I call around. I’m making these consultations to get a boob job. You know what they told me? They told me I need to lose 40 pounds,” she said on her Barely Famous podcast in May.
“So 40 or 50 pounds, more like 50 but maybe get away with 40 pounds, before they can even operate on me.”
“I don’t even know if I can get my double chin done,” she added.
Earlier this year, she said she wanted to try Ozempic to lose weight.
“I’m scared. I’m ready for 2024 ’cause I need to get Ozempic shots or something,” she admitted on her Baby Mamas No Drama podcast.
Kailyn is a mom to seven children: Isaac, 14, Lincoln, 11, Lux, 7, Creed, 4, Rio, 2, and fraternal twins Verse and Valley, 1, all of whom she shares with four different men.
