Dancing with the Stars‘ Artem Chigvintsev was reportedly arrested on Thursday (August 29) for a domestic battery in Napa, Calif.
Artem is married to one of the Bella twins – aka WWE star Nikki Garcia – but it’s unclear if she’s involved in this incident as no statement has been made.

The 42-year-old longtime DWTS pro dancer was “booked into Napa County Jail” on a “felony domestic violence charge,” TMZ reports, and apparently, it’s all public record online. TMZ reports that Nikki was in Napa at the time and they do own a house there. Details remain unverified.
They have one child together, a 4-year-old son named Matteo. Just two days ago, they celebrated their anniversary with Nikki writing on Instagram, “Happy Anniversary @theartemc I love you! ❤️????”
Variety confirmed he was NOT going to join DWTS this season as a pro dancer. He was let go once before.
