Glen Powell is definitely a major star on the rise, but he’s rejecting the idea that he’s a more appealing movie star than Ryan Gosling.
Amid the news that Glen‘s upcoming movie Running Man will begin production in November, TheWrap talked to a Hollywood producer who opened up about the actor’s appeal to audiences.
“Glen Powell is most definitely an up-and-coming movie star in the sense that audiences now go to movies to see him,” the unnamed producer said. “Unlike an actor like Ryan Gosling whose appeal is mostly limited to female audiences, Glen appeals to both females and males.”
Well, Glen saw that quote and he has some thoughts.

Glen is obviously playing off of Ryan‘s “I’m Just Ken” song from the Barbie movie.
