Details about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s divorce are coming to light.
After months of speculation about their relationship, the 55-year-old entertainer filed to divorce the 52-year-old actor earlier this week.
Newly obtained court documents revealed the reason that she cited for their separation. It also shows that Jennifer is asking to have her legal last name restored to Lopez.

According to the documents, which were obtained by People, Jennifer said that “irreconcilable differences” were the cause of their separation.
She also requested that the judge change her legal name back to Jennifer Lynn Lopez after she changed it to Jennifer Affleck.
She asked that the judge not award spousal support to either party and noted that they would still be ironing out the details of the divorce. The couple reportedly did not have a pre-nuptial agreement in place, which calls the split of assets into question.
