Colin Farrell schemes to take over the city of Gotham in the trailer for his new Max series The Penguin.
The 48-year-old actor is back in action as Oswald Cobblepot, better known to some fans as the Penguin, in the new trailer, which premiered during Comic-Con 2024.
During the convention we also learned the official release date for the series, which is a spinoff of Robert Pattinson‘s The Batman.

In the trailer, Colin lays the groundwork for an epic takeover of the city that Batman defends. It also introduces Cristin Milioti as Sofia Falcone, the daughter of an iconic crime boss who was released from Arkham Asylum and is a threat to Oswald’s quest for power.
The series also stars Clancy Brown (Salvatore “The Boss” Maroni), Rhenzy Feliz (Victor Aguilar), Michael Kelly (Johnny Viti), Shohreh Aghdashloo (Nadia Maroni), Deirdre O’Connell (Francis Cobb), James Madio (Milos Grapa), Scott Cohen (Luca Falcone), Michael Zegen (Alberto Falcone) Carmen Ejogo (Eve Karlo), and Theo Rossi (Dr. Julian Rush).
It will premiere on MAX on September 19!
