The 27-year-old quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals arrived for the first day of practice for the upcoming season sporting a shocking hair transformation.

Joe wore a bright, hot pink shirt with a pair of fun, tropical pants, long white socks and a pair of comfortable shoes.
He was also seen sporting a new shaved hairdo, which was colored bleached blonde, which drew many comparisons to Eminem, who sported a similar look in his early days. Even fans agreed!

Joe is looking to return to the field this season after missing the end of last year’s NFL season due to a wrist injury.
