In the reality series, world famous broker and CEO Ryan Serhant will stop at nothing as he builds his brokerage and goes after the most exclusive luxury listings in the city. And he’s not alone: he’s leading an ambitious army of agents on a mission to become the #1 brokerage in the world.

Netflix has yet to officially renew Owning Manhattan, but Ryan has already spoken out about the likelihood of a Season 2 in an interview with House Beautiful.
“We have filmed some things that we weren’t able to continue with by the time shooting ended,” he revealed. “[They] didn’t make sense for season one. I think [they] are primed for season two and are intense, to say the least.”
“I’ve done this for a long time now and I do like telling stories,” he continued. “I think that the life that we lead is pretty unique over here on this little island that we live on.”
