September 3 – Three Ghana coaches, including former Premier League defender John Paintsil, are in a stable condition after a car crash.
Paintsil (pictured), who played for West Ham and Fulham and is now Ghana’s assistant manager, and his two colleagues were reportedly lucky to escape with their lives when their SUV was wrecked in a collision with a pick-up while they were travelling back to Accra on Saturday after a national cup final.
