July 30 – Ahead of the new Premier League season, Arsenal have reinforced their defence with the signing of rising Italian star defender Riccard Calafiori from Bologna.
The Italian impressed at the Euro 2024, even if Italy exited the tournament in the round of 16, and the London club had been leading the dance to acquire his services. On Monday, Arsenal confirmed the Italian will call North London home in a long-term deal.
