Leeds United have a benchmark figure in mind if they are to agree to let one of their top stars move on this summer, according to talkSPORT.
The Whites have cashed in on a number of players with Charlie Cresswell, Diego Llorente, Marc Roca and Archie Gray all being sold and bringing in funds in the process.
Leeds could come under pressure on attacker Crysencio Summerville, who is attracting interest from Premier League sides, including West Ham United, Brighton, Chelsea and Liverpool.
However, Leeds have a firm view on Summerville and believe that as Tottenham Hotspur paid £40m for Gray, Summerville should be worth around the same amount.
That could be a bridge too far for Summerville’s suitors this summer.
Leeds are also under no financial pressure to cash in on the Dutchman after making a number of sales.
They would be keener on keeping hold of the attacker to help fire them to promotion in the Championship in the new campaign.
Summerville was the Championship Player of the Season last term, though his form dipped towards the end of the campaign.
