A man in Rajkot impersonated a landowner to sell a land parcel for Rs 30 crore, involving three others. Bhupat Thummar, the victim, paid Rs 1.90 crore as a token before discovering the fraud. He filed a complaint against the impostor and his accomplices after realizing the deception.
