Bernhard and Co. recently selected Brent Holmes as its new territory sales manager for the Southeast United States.
Originally from Georgia, Holmes has more than 30 years of experience in the golf industry. Beginning his golf course maintenance career at 14, he earned an ASQ in golf course operations from Lake Community College in 1992.
Since then, Holmes has held multiple positions, including assistant superintendent on the Robert Trent Golf Trail, golf course superintendent at Emirates Golf Club and project manager for Paragon Golf Construction.
“Brent’s deep industry experience and proven track record make him an outstanding addition to our team,” Steven Nixon, managing director for Bernhard and Co., said. “His leadership qualities will enhance our ability to deliver reliable, high-quality turf health solutions and care to our distributors and customers.”
Holmes’s commitment to excellence and service was recognized with the Butch Singo Award from the North Florida branch of the GCSA in 2016.
Holmes will collaborate closely with Bernhard and Co.’s established business development, sales and support teams across the U.S.
