Maalik Murphy went 15-for-34 with 209 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions for the Devils against the Tar Heels. Star Thomas put together a 30-carry, 166-yard game (5.5 yards per attempt) with one touchdown, while tacking on two receptions for 45 yards and one touchdown. Jordan Moore caught four passes for 80 yards (20.0 yards per catch).
