Turnout in Hong Kong's legislative elections on Sunday rose slightly to 31.9 percent, official data showed. Beijing's sweeping changes to Hong Kong's electoral system in 2021 following massive and sometimes violent protests have seen fewer people turning out to vote in the Chinese territories elections.
