MahaRERA has lowered the project threshold for forming Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs) outside of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region from 500 to 200 projects. This change aims to improve compliance and access to regulatory guidance for property developers, ensuring better adherence to regulations and smoother project processes.
