JSW Neo Energy, a subsidiary of JSW Energy, will acquire the 4.6 GW renewable energy platform O2 Power Pooling, owned by EQT Infrastructure and Temasek, for ?12,468 crores. The acquisition increases JSW Energy’s generation capacity by 23% and strengthens its presence in India's energy sector.
