BHEL has secured a contract from NTPC to establish the main plant for the 3x800 MW Telangana Stage-II supercritical thermal power plant. The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, commissioning, and civil construction. BHEL has already received a Limited Notice to Proceed, allowing them to begin basic engineering work.
